The building includes 14,820 square feet of retail space across both levels, featuring a modern, customer-focused design with large windows, timber posts, durable metal cladding, and a sloped roof that reflects a clean west coast aesthetic. A 2,900 square foot warehouse with an overhead door ensures efficient logistics, while external stairs offer flexible access to the second floor. Tailored to the island’s unique environmental and logistical needs, this pre-engineered structure enables faster construction and long-term durability, supporting Windsor Plywood’s goal to better serve contractors, builders, and homeowners in the region.
