Momentum successfully completed a tenant improvement project for a senior medical clinic in the heart of Qualicum Beach. Our Preconstruction team expertly managed the building permit process and designed the space to emphasize both functionality and accessibility—key priorities for a medical environment. The project involved installing new demising walls to create distinct clinic areas, constructing an accessible washroom to serve all patients, and hiring skilled subcontractors for drywall and painting to achieve high-quality finishes. We also installed a heat pump for efficient climate control, upgraded lighting to improve ambiance, and added durable vinyl plank flooring along with automatic doors and hardware, ensuring the clinic is both welcoming and practical for its users.
