Focused on harmonizing indoor and outdoor living, this family home embodies a seamless connection that blends the cozy comfort of interiors with the refreshing allure of the outdoors. The design prioritizes visual flow, allowing unobstructed views from the heart of the home to the outdoor fireplace, dining, and kitchen areas. The strategic interplay of captivating rooflines and meticulous finishes further reinforces this connection, creating both an inviting atmosphere and several intimate spaces to enjoy.

Elevating the design with a distinct touch, the custom collar ties not only add a unique element to the overall aesthetic but also encapsulate the very essence and individuality that define this project. This home was also chosen to participate in the Local Energy Efficiency Partnerships (LEEP) Field Trial, an initiative by Natural Resources Canada. Input from BC Hydro, LEEP Canada and a certified energy advisor were collected to determine the most effective mechanical systems and building assemblies, to provide both optimal results and value for the homeowner.
