This Westcoast modern inspired renovation consisted of adding two additions to the property and substantial interior upgrades. A new Port Cochere with soaring windows create a sunlit grandiose entrance. The rear features a new covered porch with a metal and steel overhang, adjoining a porcelain-tiled patio. This patio boasts an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, fridge, and sink creating the perfect entertaining space for our client’s extended family. Inside this spacious rancher, modern kitchen cabinets and a quartz waterfall island establishes a lively centre of the home that leads into an intimate dining area with custom floor to ceiling wine racking encased in glass. Updates were made to the primary ensuite, guest bathroom, and laundry room to continue the cohesive Westcoast modern design, resulting in a home that exudes a unified and refined atmosphere.
