Ocean View Loft

This mid-century modern loft addition was crafted with a custom chef's kitchen and custom wood details to create a cozy and serene space for a new family. We used an efficient building envelope detail to increase energy efficiency which allowed us to maximize the size of the windows along the oceanside. The ensuite bathroom design won a VIBE award, which showcases innovation, creativity, and sustainability in the residential construction industry.
