Momentum completed a comprehensive tenant improvement project for a pharmacy located in the heart of Qualicum Beach. Our Preconstruction team led the building permit process and thoughtfully designed the interior with a focus on functionality and accessibility—key elements in any healthcare environment.

The scope of work included constructing new demising walls to define office and retail zones, building an accessible washroom, and coordinating skilled trades for drywall and paint finishes. We also installed a high-efficiency heat pump, new light fixtures, durable vinyl plank flooring, and automatic doors to ensure the space is both welcoming and practical for customers and staff alike.
