4‑bedroom, 2.5‑bathroom unit designed for families.
Located on First Nation land of archaeological significance, the project requires careful coordination, cultural sensitivity, and compliance with heritage protocols. A key design challenge includes preserving significant First Nation trees on the site; the parking layout was reconfigured to ensure their protection while maintaining functional site circulation.
