A full interior tenant improvement transforming an older multi‑tenant building into a modern MEC retail store. The scope included upgrades to the sales floor, back‑of‑house areas, staff facilities, washrooms, and extensive electrical and lighting
redesign. Despite tight timelines, long‑lead materials, and numerous owner‑supplied fixtures, the project remained on schedule through strong coordination and proactive site management.

Key challenges included missing base building drawings, complex specialty systems, and custom millwork. The team developed creative electrical solutions, reconfigured mechanical systems, and managed detailed logistics for Owner‑supplied materials. The final space features an open, inviting layout with upgraded fixtures, integrated wood‑slat lighting, and improved staff amenities—delivering a functional, brand‑aligned retail environment.
