Oceanside Health Centre

This project transformed an existing clinical area into four modern exam rooms and a welcoming reception space. The renovation included complete demolition and replacement of interior finishes, along with upgraded mechanical and electrical systems to meet current clinical standards. Final finishes were selected to balance durability, infection control, and a comfortable patient experience while maintaining the facility's LEED Gold designation.

Construction was completed within an active healthcare facility under strict IPAC Level IV infection control protocols. Through phased scheduling, off-hours work, and careful coordination of off-site staging and material deliveries, the team successfully minimized disruptions and overcame challenging site logistics, delivering a functional, sustainable, and patient-focused environment.
